According to the statistics, the consumption of heavy calcium carbonate powder has increased from 35 million tons to 90 million tons. As a matter of fact, processing non-mental ores into micro powder we usually use Raymond mill, grinding roller mill, vertical roller mill, micro powder grinding mill and so on. Common vertical roller mills produce heavy calcium carbonate powder with fineness under 600 mesh, far enough to meet the production requirements of processing 1250 mesh micro powder at a large scale. Having accumulated decades of years to research and and design, our micro powder grinding mill can directly produce 650 mesh. Equipped with secondary classifying equipment, our machine can process 1500 mesh micro powder heavy calcium carbonate. While our superfine vertical roller mills are mainly applied in micro powder grinding and processing with finished powder fineness between 300 to 3000 mesh and its capacity can range from 0.4 to 45 tons per hour.
Compared with traditional vertical roller mill, superfine powder vertical roller mill has obvious advantages. It has higher capacity in terms of per micro powder grinding mill. Besides, it is in low electric consumption to produce large scale heavy calcium carbonate powder. It has good performance and high application value.
