The slag superfine vertical mill is widely used. In order to maintain the efficient and stable operation of the slag superfine vertical mill, CLIRIK reminds you that the following points need to be paid attention to in the operation.
The selection of suitable mill material layer is the basis to ensure the stable operation of the vertical mill.
Too thick will reduce the grinding efficiency; If it is too thin, the driving force of the mill will increase, which will damage the grinding roll, disc and hydraulic system.
The vibration is closely related to the grinding pressure, material layer thickness, air volume and temperature, accumulator pressure, roll surface or grinding disc wear.
If the vibration is too large, it is easy to cause mechanical damage, and then affect the whole production process.
This is the main factor affecting the whole production output.
The adjustment of grinding pressure needs to be comprehensively considered according to the feeding amount, particle size, grindability and other factors.
When the grinding pressure is increased, the grinding capacity of the mill is improved, but it will not change after reaching a certain critical point.
If the temperature is too low, the fluidity of materials becomes poor, and qualified finished products cannot be withdrawn in time, affecting the production progress;
If the temperature is too high, the whole equipment will be damaged. Therefore, the outlet temperature of the mill shall be well controlled.
Each mill has its own adaptive temperature, and the operator should master it during operation.
The air volume of the system must match the feeding volume.
The method of adjusting the air volume can generally be controlled by adjusting the power of the mill circulating fan or the opening of the kiln tail exhaust fan.
The wind blows away the material. If the air volume is too large or too small, the pressure difference in the mill will decrease and the current of the main motor will decrease;
If it is too small, the pressure difference in the mill increases and the current of the main motor increases.
There are many reasons for this phenomenon, such as system air leakage, unstable material layer, low retaining ring, serious wear of roll surface or grinding disc, etc.
In addition, full grinding, and poor grindability are also easy to cause slag spitting.
When operating the vertical mill, the inlet and outlet air valves shall be controlled to give consideration to both kiln and mill.
When the inlet and outlet air valves of the vertical mill are balanced, the air consumption of the system will also be balanced, and the pressure at the kiln tail will not be affected.
Before grinding, enough materials must be stacked on the grinding plate, so that when the grinding roller falls down for grinding, it will not stop due to high vibration.
Before the shutdown, try to increase the air extraction to make the fine powder store and homogenize as much as possible.
If there is too much fine powder, the vibration of the mill will be large when it is dropped and grinded.
