Aluminum powder has the advantages of light weight, high floating force, strong covering force and good light and heat reflection performance. After treatment, it can also become non floating aluminum powder. Aluminum powder can be used to identify fingerprints and to make fireworks.


Aluminum powder is widely used and in great demand. Since the 19th century, it has been produced by a single ball mill. However, with the development and upgrading of modern mills, aluminum powder can also be processed and produced by Raymond mills, ring roll mills or vertical mills.

Production process of aluminum powder

  1. Drying
    Aluminum powder aluminum powder is dried by drying machine or heating air to mill according to water content.
  2. Feeding
    The small aluminum powder material after aluminum powder grinding is sent to the hopper through the elevator, and then sent to the grinder room evenly and quantitatively through the feeder for grinding.
  3. Grinding classification

  4. Collect finished products
    The powder conforming to the fineness enters the dust collector along with the air flow through the pipe for separation and collection. The collected finished product powder is sent to the finished product warehouse through the conveying device, and then packaged by the powder tanker or automatic packaging machine.

The selection of aluminum powder mill shall be based on the fineness of aluminum powder. 2. 325 mesh ~ 2500 mesh aluminum powder mill: vertical mill

Application: it is widely used in paper making, coating, plastic, rubber, ink, PVC and other production and living fields.
Applicable materials: for various non-metallic mineral materials with Mohs hardness lower than Grade 7 and humidity lower than 6%, such as dolomite, calcite, heavy calcium, kaolin, aluminum powder, bentonite, pyrophyllite, etc., it has the ability to grind with high output and high efficiency.
